Rahul Bist

Rahul is a graduate in Computer Application and an MBA from Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM).  He has extensive experience in micro-finance, micro-enterprise and grass-root development.  He has worked with M-CRIL, EDA Rural Systems and Sewa Mandir and has work experience of over five years.  Rahul has conducted over 50 MFI ratings in eight countries across Asia and Eastern Europe and also has experience in direct implementation of micro-enterprise and development projects.  He has also conducted several research assignments for the microfinance sector.

 

Atul

An MBA from IRMA, Atul has extensive experience in microfinance, banking and market research. He has worked with M-CRIL, UTI Bank, Intellecap Advisory Services and Marketics technologies. Atul is an expert in Financial Management and Multivariate Statistical Modeling. Capital structuring, business valuations and statistics-led market research have been his area of expertise. Atul is one of the pioneers of MFI-valuations in India. In the past, he has undertaken equity valuations of Cashpor Microfinance, SKS Microfinance, Bhartiya Samruddhi Finance Ltd (BSFL) and KBS Local Area Bank. He has conducted workshops on microfinance and multivariate analysis for national and international corporates. Atul is also a visiting faculty at the TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal.

 

Deepak Alok

An MBA from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), Deepak also holds a Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI).  Deepak has extensive experience of working with the MFIs in eight countries of Asia.  He has worked with Micro-Credit Ratings International Ltd (M-CRIL) – the world’s leading MFI rating agency – for four years and has experience of conducting over 70 commercial ratings as well as several training and consulting assignments in microfinance.  He is also an experienced trainer having delivered CGAP modules in Accounting, Financial Analysis (FA) and Operational Risk Management (ORM).  He has also developed training modules for MIS, Internal Audit, Business Planning as well as Regulation and supervision of microfinance. 

Rajeev Kumar

Rajeev has extensive experience of working at the grassroots with NGOs and MFIs.  An MBA from IRMA, he has worked with the World Bank sponsored microfinance and micro-enterprise project – DPIP – in Madhya Pradesh and was responsible for major credit decisions as well as capacity building initiatives of the project.  He has also worked with the Christian Children Fund (CCF) as Programme Manager in Bihar and was responsible for project implementation as well as monitoring and capacity building of its partners in Bihar.  He also coordinated the credit delivery component of Tsunami Response Project of CCF in Tamilnadu.
