Our training solutions are targeted primarily at the line managers. They are the most crucial elements in the organizational hierarchy around which the organizational performance depends. Training them in functional skills as well as attitudes can result in optimization of organizational goals.
Course Modules
Course modules have been carefully crafted to achieve stated learning outcomes. These modules are delivered by experienced trainers. Our trainings are organized in the form of workshops. Lectures, presentations, role plays exercises and case studies are used for effective dissemination of contents to the participants. Group work and experience sharing have been consciously incorporated throughout our training programmes to encourage peer learning.
Customization
We make detailed analysis of the participants before delivery of each course. Each of our training delivery is adapted and customized to the target audience, making each delivery unique and outcome oriented. In other words, the same course delivered to the top management and to the middle management differs in content and training methodology and is customized to make it as relevant as possible for the target audience.
Course length
In our experience learning is optimum in short-duration courses. There is a limit to which adult minds can absorb new concepts. Many other training courses try to bombard participants with a host of concepts in a single training. This limits the outcome of the training. Keeping this in mind we have designed most of our training modules for duration of 2-3 days.
Follow-up
Trainings are useful only when participants utilize learnings in their day to day work schedule. At the end of the training, we encourage participants to make an action plan as to how they will utilize the trainings. We also encourage organizations to carefully select the participants for specific courses in order to optimally achieve the training objectives. In case the organisation wants, we also offer on-site support to make sure that the trainings are effectively utilized by the participants.
